Barista (Immediate Start)

Our client is seeking a skilled and passionate full-time Barista to join their team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our valued customers. If you have a love for coffee, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, adhering to our quality standards
  
• Take customer orders, process payments, and provide friendly and efficient service
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas
  
• Ensure the availability of supplies and ingredients for seamless operations
  
• Engage with customers, answer their inquiries, and provide product recommendations
  
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
  
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is highly desired
  
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with various coffee beans and blends
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with efficiency
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in coffee preparation
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
