Key Responsibilities
As a SEN Teaching Assistant based in the Wirral, your daily duties will include:

Supporting the delivery and monitoring of interventions for individual pupils and small groups
Assisting with assessments and evidencing learning progress
Contributing to the creation of engaging classroom displays and learning resources
Building positive relationships with children by being approachable, caring, and a supportive role model
Working collaboratively with teachers to support the overall classroom environment and pupil development

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need:

Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
Mandatory compliance: Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
