We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a caring team based in Fraddon, Cornwall. This role is for a beautiful 4 bed home that is opening for the first time.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker based in Fraddon, your daily duties will include:

Supporting children and young people to develop confidence, independence, and trust through consistent care and positive relationships
Assisting with daily routines, activities, and emotional support to promote well-being
Building a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth and resilience

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Support Worker, you will need:

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided
Mandatory Compliance: Enhanced DBS Check and willingness to undergo relevant safeguarding training
