Job Role: Commercial Admin Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Starting from £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are working with a well established manufacturer in Sheffield, who are looking for a Commercial Admin Assistant to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Supporting the sales team in a variety of admin tasks
- Liaise with customers for initial enquiries
- Prepare and issue customer quotations
- Raise and log new sales enquiries in CRM
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation
- Maintain and monitor training certificates and compliance records
- Organise equipment hire as needed
- Raise purchase orders for equipment hire and materials
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
Job Requirements:
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- 5 GCSE's - Maths & English
Salary, Shift & Benefits:
- Starting from £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 2pm
- 24 holiday days
- Company bonus (after 1 year)
