As an Estate agent within this busy team, you will be responsible for selling high-end local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service.   As an Estate Agent, you will be comfortable working to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will deal with the full offer stage, negotiating price and dealing with all relevant parties through to see the sale through to completion. You will also be involved in the initial marketing process, sales progression and various administrative duties. This is a varied and busy role where you will be challenged every day, and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company.   Results area rewarded highly here, with commission often adding an extra £20k onto your basic salary, and genuine career progression will also be available to top performers! (basic salary £17-22k DOE plus OTE £40k)   About you We are looking for candidate who possess the following skills and attributes:  

• Sales experience (within Estate Agency or another industry)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a driving license
• Professional telephone manner
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career minded
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player, honest and personable
• Must be able to work some evenings and every other Saturday
