Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your primary duties will include restocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and ensuring that the sales floor is organized and visually appealing. You will also handle transactions efficiently at the checkout and process returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not essential, as we provide thorough training. A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be vital in assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
