Lettings and Property Manager

Our client is a fast growing, prestigious agent with a huge market presence on the Wirral. They have a reputation for excellence and invest hugely in developing their staff with on-going training. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced property manager, to join their busy lettings team on the Wirral. They are looking for a highly organised, professional candidate who possesses exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a busy work load. The role will be focussed around managing a portfolio of properties, with daily duties to include the following:

• Dealing with tenant queries and requests
• Arranging maintenance with contractors
• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Rent renewals
• Property inspections, pre and move out
• Completing move in and move out reports
• Managing deposits
• Negotiating costs with contractors
• Producing reports, emails and correspondence

The role will be extremely busy and varied and for the right candidate, career progression will be encouraged. We are looking for a high calibre property manager on the Wirral, who has experience within a similar role. You must have exceptional customer service skills and a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure. You must also be a driver with your own car (full expenses provided). Salary £18-20k, plus incentives, bonuses and rewards.
