About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director – Corporate & Funds to join a leading financial services business in Jersey. The role involves providing strategic, technical and operational leadership across a portfolio of complex fund and corporate structures, with a particular focus on Jersey Private Funds and real estate investments. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, overseeing service delivery and governance, developing team members, monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for business growth.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in Jersey fund and corporate administration, strong technical knowledge of Jersey Private Funds, real estate structures and relevant regulatory requirements, alongside proven leadership and commercial management skills. You will be confident managing complex client portfolios, developing new business opportunities and supporting proposals and client pitches. A relevant professional qualification meeting Category A status recognised by the JFSC, or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the role, is required.
