Are you an experienced automotive sales professional looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their premium vehicle sales team on the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional who is ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
🚗 The Role As Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing new and used vehicle sales, developing customer relationships, achieving monthly targets, and maximising opportunities across vehicle and finance sales.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Follow up enquiries and identify further sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly new and used vehicle sales targets
- Meet agreed profit targets across vehicle sales
- Maximise additional profit opportunities, including finance
- Identify and approach new customers to understand their requirements
- Arrange customer meetings and provide a tailored sales experience
- Ensure customer correspondence and paperwork are completed accurately
- Maximise every sales opportunity while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
🧰 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales essential
- Experience within premium vehicle sales would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Highly presentable and professional approach
- Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven
- Passion for vehicle sales and achieving results
- Knowledge of Kerridge/ADP DMS would be beneficial
- Valid UK Driving Licence
