Individual Giving Manager

Role Overview

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Individual Giving Manager role. This temporary opportunity will provide practical, day-to-day support across acquisition activity during a busy period. The successful candidate will help deliver campaigns, progress key projects and maintain momentum across digital, television and face-to-face fundraising activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver individual giving acquisition campaigns and related activity.
• Support Christmas fundraising activity and television advertising campaigns running from January to March.
• Manage project plans, timelines, communications and day-to-day actions.
• Assist with procurement, agency sourcing and arrangements for a further face-to-face fundraising pilot.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and help keep workstreams on schedule.
• Provide practical support to colleagues and offer guidance to less experienced team members.
• Ensure a smooth handover of projects and campaign activity at the end of the assignment.

Person Specification

• Experience managing individual giving, fundraising acquisition or a closely related campaigning function.
• Practical experience delivering digital acquisition campaigns.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities within deadlines.
• Confident managing agencies, suppliers or external partners.
• Able to work independently, use sound judgement and make progress with limited supervision.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage timelines and expectations.
• Organised, adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively within a non-hierarchical environment.
• Face-to-face fundraising experience, including agency procurement or pilot activity, would be beneficial.
• Experience in the charity sector or supporting seasonal fundraising campaigns would be advantageous.

What’s on Offer

Salary: £197.63 basic + £32.79 holiday pay
3 month interim contract
Remote - 1 day a month in the London office 
Open to full time and 4 days a week
