Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Butcher in London W1H to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and packaging meat while maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Cut, trim, debone, and prepare different types of meat.

Prepare meat products according to customer and business requirements.

Use knives and butchery equipment safely and efficiently.

Weigh, label, wrap, and package meat products accurately.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.

Store meat at the correct temperatures and monitor freshness.

Reduce waste and ensure consistent product quality.

Follow all relevant food safety and health and safety procedures.

Assist customers and colleagues when required.

Requirements

Previous butchery experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of meat preparation and cutting techniques.

Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a chilled environment.

Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.

Right to work in the UK.
