Export Customer Service Coordinator
Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, £14.92 p/hr based in Loughborough

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy Export Customer Service team supporting customers across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and export shipments ensuring all required documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
- Provide exceptional support to customers and the Export Sales team, handling shipping queries, export documentation, hazardous goods paperwork, and administrative requests.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export controls, and company policies, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Carry out Third Party Management (TPM) activities and customer due diligence checks in line with current regulations.
- Track shipment deadlines and proactively resolve any issues that may impact delivery or customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional solutions to complex shipping-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and shipping documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings.
