Executive Support Assistant

We are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Support Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders within a professional services environment. The role involves diary and meeting management, travel coordination, preparing and proofreading correspondence and documentation, managing stakeholder communications, coordinating projects and events, and ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately. The successful candidate will also support business operations, maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, work effectively under pressure and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. A positive attitude, attention to detail, discretion and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and meeting minute-taking would be advantageous, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous development.
