Client Success Coordinator

Our client, a modern, forward-thinking & rapidly growing security company based in Shrewsbury, is looking to recruit an outgoing and confident individual to join one of their high-performing teams as a Client Success Coordinator – it’s a busy, client facing role, acting as first port of call for a global account.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a strong relationship with senior decision makers on the account ensuring that all KPI’s and SLA’s are being met and the contract is running smoothly.

You will deal with any complaints or issues which are raised and liaise effectively with internal departments to influence and ensure that matters are dealt with swiftly. You must be a resilient and strong minded character who can adapt well to client demand.

This is a largely telephone-based role likely to appeal to someone who is confident and articulate, with previous customer service experience, who possesses good client liaison skills, together with the ability to interact professionally and diligently and engage with clients as part of an established team operating within a long established and reputable National security company.

Ideally you will be a degree graduate although this isn’t essential, however you will need to demonstrate that you are a self-starter who is organised and ambitious.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) and occasional evenings and weekends when required (time back in lieu) offering a starting salary of £23,000 per annum increasing after 6 months training, plus bonus & benefits.
