About the role
Due to continued growth, our client based in Newport, Shropshire is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
Your main duties will involve:
- Liaising with Collection Drivers on the telephone and via the smart app
- Dealing with Customers on the telephone and email and processing data onto the CRM software
- Postcode Sector research for the automotive sector to populate customer contact database using CRM and Excel
- Maintaining the database on a daily basis
- Creating jobs from orders received
- Working as part of a small team to cover specific geographical areas
In order to be considered for this role you must have administration experience and be a confident IT user as well as demonstrate good communication skills.

This role is initially temporary turning permanent after a short probationary period with a starting hourly rate of £10 per hour increasing to at least £11 per hour after 3 months. Also offering a pension up to 4% and death in service at 4 x gross income (effective once made permanent).
30 hours per week Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work the 30 hours to suit your personal commitments – extra hours may also be available.
