Private Client Solicitor – Wills, Probate & Trusts
Wokingham, Berkshire | £45,000–£65,000 | Hybrid Working | Car Parking
Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE looking for a new opportunity in Berkshire? My client, a well-established Thames Valley law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its thriving Private Client department.
With a strong flow of quality, high-value work and full-time secretarial support, this is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a modern, supportive law firm.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning and inheritance tax
- Probate and estate administration, including complex and cross-border estates
- Trust creation, administration and advice
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection applications and Deputyship matters
- Advising elderly clients and their families on later-life planning
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law
- Experienced in managing your own caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
- Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
- STEP qualification or membership would be advantageous
- Previous supervisory or people management experience desirable
Salary & Benefits
- £50,000–£65,000, depending on experience
