Temporary Sales Support Admin

Our client is looking for a temporary Sales Support Administrator to assist with an increase in workload. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team on a short-term basis and utilise your administration and customer service skills in a busy administration function.

You will be providing high-quality support to the team with tasks such as:

• Responding to a range of customer communication within set timescales (emails, letters, telephone calls)
• Updating internal systems and spreadsheets with customer information
• Scheduling training courses with external training providers
• Reviewing and processing new customer accounts onto the system
• Responding to requests for information and new sales enquires
• Collating sales information for the Sales Director

You will be based in our client’s office in Bradley Stoke with free onsite parking. This is a great opportunity to help our client’s friendly team and develop your skills!

The successful applicant will need to be confident with computers (Excel and Word), must be able to meet deadlines and have a strong attention to detail. The workflow will constantly change so you must be happy to adapt to changing priorities and have excellent communication skills when dealing with customers.
