Wellness & Beauty Advisor

MedActiv is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Wellness & Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice and personalized recommendations on wellness, beauty, and skincare products.

The job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance and recommendations to customers on wellness, beauty, and skincare products.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on product benefits, usage, application techniques, and skincare routines.
• Deliver personalized consultations and basic skincare advice where appropriate.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently providing outstanding customer service.
• Develop a strong knowledge of product ranges, brands, and categories.
• Ensure products are attractively displayed, properly stocked, and well-presented at all times.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions, new product launches, and market trends.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC).
• A qualification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, wellness, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, wellness, skincare, or a customer service environment is desirable.
• Proven sales experience will be considered an assets.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, cosmetics, and customer engagement.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide professional product recommendations and customer counselling.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Adaptable and able to work across different pharmacy locations when needed.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
