The Role

As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and minor works across commercial sites. You'll work closely with operational teams, subcontractors and customers to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Carry out minor works and repairs across a range of building services systems.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Ensure customers and stakeholders are kept informed through regular communication and updates.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and colleagues.
• Assist with quotations by identifying labour and material requirements for minor works.
• Work closely with account coordinators, managers and subcontractors to ensure service delivery targets are met.
• Maintain accurate records using CAFM systems and mobile technology.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues across multiple sites.
• Take ownership of site performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
