For Graduates Within the Last 3 Years | General Cover | Flexible, Ongoing Supply
Zest Education is recruiting confident and motivated Graduate Cover Supervisors to support a busy secondary school in Aston. This role is perfect for graduates who completed their degree within the last three years and are looking to gain hands‑on classroom experience before moving into teaching or further education pathways.

- Adapt quickly to different subjects and classroom environments
What We’re Looking For

- No school experience required — full guidance provided
- Confident communication and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, reliable and professional approach
- Interest in pursuing a future career in teaching or education
What You’ll Gain
- Flexible general cover work within a secondary school in Aston
- Valuable classroom experience to support future PGCE or teacher‑training applications
- Support and guidance from Zest Education
- Opportunities to build confidence and develop key behaviour‑management skills
