IT Project Manager - Digital & Technology Transformation

£650-£700 per day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid - Derby | 6-month initial contract

We are supporting an exciting and growing Small Modular nuclear Reactor organisation as it continues to develop its digital and technology capabilities during a significant period of growth.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex digital and enterprise technology transformation projects, spanning ERP, cloud, SaaS, data and enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can take ownership of complex technology initiatives, manage multiple workstreams and drive projects from initial scope and requirements through to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and technology transformation projects across ERP, cloud, SaaS, data and enterprise applications.
• Manage project scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, third-party suppliers and systems integrators.
• Oversee system implementations, integrations, platform migrations and associated business change.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into structured delivery plans.
• Manage testing, data migration, implementation, cutover and operational transition activities.
• Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders, proactively managing risks, issues and delivery challenges.

Experience Required -

• Proven experience delivering complex digital and technology transformation projects within large enterprise environments.
• Strong exposure to ERP, enterprise applications, cloud, SaaS and/or data transformation programmes.
• Experience with platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar would be advantageous.
• Background delivering technology projects within engineering, energy, nuclear, manufacturing or other regulated enterprise environments is highly desirable.
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams, external suppliers and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project governance, financial management, RAID management and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
