Location: Sandwell, West Midlands
Pay Rate: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Working alongside a dedicated team, you’ll help deliver high-quality learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily running of the nursery in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of all children at all times.
• Maintain accurate observations, records, and reports in line with safeguarding and nursery policies.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a UK nursery or early years setting
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and learning
• Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
