A well regarded and growing regional law firm in Barnsley is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to take on a broad and high quality caseload while working within a supportive and ambitious firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales and purchases of commercial premises
• Advise on agricultural land transactions
• Deal with the sale and acquisition of registered and unregistered land
• Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases
• Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients and other professional advisers
• Provide clear and commercially focused legal advice

Requirements

• 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded and client focused approach
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to commute to the Barnsley office
