About the role
This role is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with at least one year’s experience. You will support fee earners across a variety of property transactions, managing and progressing cases alongside daily communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals. Your responsibilities will include preparing correspondence, documents, and forms; facilitating exchanges of contracts; and managing financial transactions such as SDLT submissions and certificates of title. The role offers exposure to diverse and detailed transactions, enabling you to strengthen your knowledge and expertise within residential conveyancing.
