Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join their growing team in Hinckley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters with appropriate supervision
• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial property
• Assisting on more complex transactions alongside senior colleagues
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and related documentation
• Handling landlord and tenant matters
• Supporting clients with development and investment transactions
• Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters appropriate to your level
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents including leases and contracts
• Supporting on acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing transactions
• Advising on landlord and tenant issues
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate file management and records
• Meeting deadlines and contributing to team targets

About You

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their career. You will have:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in Commercial Property (including during training)
• Strong interest in commercial property law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive and professional approach
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ambition to develop and progress within a supportive firm
