You will be joining a dynamic business where you will take full ownership of the finance function and support with the company’s growth ambitions. Commercial Finance Manager – About The Role
In this role you will be reporting into the Managing Director and will be managing a small finance team. This is a full hands-on finance position that requires a diverse finance skillset and someone who is capable of leading a finance function. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Full preparation and production of the monthly managements as well as year-end figures
- Overseeing financial projects, ensuring alignment with board’s objectives
- Generate financial data, analyse and asses the financial health of the company
- Control and oversight on finance policies and procedures
- Full ownership of the annual budget, forecasting and financial modelling activity
- Review monthly depreciation journal and fixed asset register reconciles to the nominal
- Overseeing the transactional accounting function and ensure it is running at full efficiency
- Preparation of monthly sales reports
- Overseeing multiple financial entities and raising any queries to management
The successful Commercial Finance Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience within a manufacturing organisation is essential
- QBE or part/fully qualified candidates will be considered
- Multi company/entity experience
- Sage experience would be beneficial
- Ability to communicate at all levels
