Your Role as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutor:
- Deliver 1:1 or small group sessions, tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Develop adaptive strategies to support engagement, emotional well-being, and academic growth.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and support staff to build consistent, high-impact learning plans.
- Track student progress and adjust approaches to ensure steady, confident development.

What we are Looking For at Lexia Education Services:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): QTS is required to ensure high standards of teaching.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years teaching experience, ideally with a focus on SEN.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues is essential for fostering a positive learning environment.
- Experience with SEN Students: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is preferred but not mandatory.
