Business Development Manager – Up to £60k - £70k + great commission

My client is on the hunt for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join their team and help grow the business. You will be responsible for development of new business including presentations and bids, and the nurturing of a great existing client portfolio in the current extensive portfolio.

About the position:

Your day to day will be a mix of developing new business bids, developing a strong pipeline along with working on retention projects. Presentations will be second nature to you and so is a must that you are comfortable and have experience in this area.

You will bring a clear understanding of the market and its trends and be a true sector specialist within Contract Catering, either as an established Business Developer or a strong operator.

Culture fit and an understanding of the company’s ethos is essential. An excellent communicator and financially savvy sellers are called for here.

Ideal Business Development Manager:

• Excellent understanding of Contract Catering.
• If you come from a strong operations background, exposure to sales, presentations and bids would be required.
• Hungry, motivated and a strong desire to not only hit targets but exceed them.
