About the role
Part-Time Administrator - Bedford - Afternoons
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a part-time role within a highly regarded, long-standing local business? If you're organised, professional and enjoy being the friendly face of an office, this could be a great fit.
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of a portfolio of 200+ rental properties. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same.
The role will include:
Meeting and greeting clients professionally
Answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries
Updating and maintaining property portfolios
Handling general administrative tasks to support the wider team
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 1.30pm - 5.30pm
One Saturday in four: 9.00am - 3.00pm
Salary:
£25,000 per annum (pro rata)
