Lovely full time nanny role in Esher, Surrey

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive, warm and engaging nanny to join a lovely family relocating to Esher, Surrey.
The family are looking for either a live-in or daily nanny to care for their delightful 5-year-old daughter. The role is Monday to Friday, averaging 8 hours per day. During term time, hours will be reduced while their daughter is at school, with full-time hours required during the school holidays.
This is a welcoming family seeking a nanny who will become a valued part of their family and build a long-term relationship with them.
They are looking for someone who will encourage their daughter to develop confidence, independence and self-sufficiency within appropriate boundaries. The ideal candidate will enjoy supporting her learning through homework assistance, accompanying her to extracurricular activities, and planning creative, fun and educational activities that promote her overall development.
When their daughter is at school, there will be time to undertake nursery duties, prepare healthy, nutritious meals, and ensure her areas are kept organised. The role remains very child-focused whenever she is at home.
The family would appreciate someone who is flexible and happy to work occasional additional hours, provide some weekend cover, and undertake proxy parenting when required. All additional dates will be discussed and agreed well in advance.
A confident driver is essential, and the nanny should be happy to use their own car for work-related duties.
The family employs a cleaner, but they are looking for someone with a positive, hands-on attitude who is happy to assist with light housekeeping and occasional ironing as needed.
For a live-in nanny, excellent accommodation is provided, comprising a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with the potential for a self-contained annexe in the future.
