Energetic and Experienced Nanny Required for 3 children in Warwickshire

A fantastic and welcoming family based in Warwickshire are seeking a warm, proactive
nanny to become a valued part of their extended family. The role involves working
closely alongside mum to support the care of three children, 1.5-year-old twins and
their older sibling, who will be starting school in September. The nanny will play a key
role in ensuring the smooth running of the children’s daily routines, including all
standard nursery duties such as preparing healthy meals, organising bedrooms and
play areas, children’s laundry, food prep and keeping toys and equipment well
maintained. A strong focus will be placed on creating a nurturing and happy
environment, with the nanny engaging the children in age-appropriate activities that
support their development, learning and current interests. The role also includes
accompanying the family on outings locally on a weekly basis. During the twins’
afternoon nap, the nanny will have time to plan activities, organise the children’s
spaces, and work collaboratively on nursery duties with mum. This is a wonderful
opportunity for a dedicated nanny who enjoys working as part of a team in a busy, happy
household.
Location of the job: Kineton, Warwickshire
Minimum experience and qualifications Level for this job: 5 years as a nanny or Level 3
Childcare and above
Hours of work: 8am – 4pm (there is flexibility)
Days required: 3 days a week (Friday is required)
Regular over time is likely to be offered to the nanny.
Pets in the home: one dog
Job Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £24,960 gross per annum (£20 gross per hour)
