A prominent practice of Building Services Consulting Engineers, established in 1969 with a reputation for quality and reliability. Covering all aspects of MEP Design with extensive experience across diverse sectors including commercial, laboratories, life science, healthcare facilities and educational buildings.

The Role
You’ll design and deliver electrical building services systems, ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and BS 7671. Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll produce safe, efficient and sustainable electrical solutions from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical design for power, lighting, fire alarm and security systems
- Compliance with Building Regulations Parts B, L, M, P and BS 7671
- Load calculations, fault‑level analysis and technical documentation
- AutoCAD/Revit modelling and coordination with project teams
- Site surveys, inspections and Building Control submissions
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors and DNOs
About You
- Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- 3–8 years’ UK building services design experience
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BS 7671
- Proficient in Revit MEP and electrical design software
- Confident communicator with multidisciplinary project experience
- Working toward or interested in CEng registration (IET)
