About the role
IntSol Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Coach Drivers to cover full-time Private Hire duties. This opportunity offers consistent hours, excellent pay rates, and long-term work for professional drivers with strong customer service skills and a clean record.
Driver Highlights:
- Full-time work available
- Primarily Private Hire Duties (UK – wide)
- Minimum 10 hours per day
- Overtime available
Pay Rates
PAYE:
- Monday – Friday: £16.50 per hour
- Weekend: £17.40 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £19.00 per hour
PAYE with Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:
- Monday – Friday: £18.49 per hour
- Weekend: £19.50 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £21.29 per hour
- Guaranteed 50 hours over 5 days (No break deductions)
Umbrella Assignment Rate:
- Monday – Friday: £21.45 per hour
- Weekend: £22.62 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £24.70 per hour
Requirements:
- Full Category D (PCV) Licence with a minimum of 2 years’ coach driving experience
- Enhanced DBS (required)
- Valid CPC qualification
- Professional, punctual and reliable attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
