We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing electric vehicle fleet company offering permanent, full-time PAYE employment to PCO-licensed drivers. Pay & Earnings Overview

• Annual gross earnings: £35,000
• Approx. weekly value (including EV): ~£952

52 hours per week

• Annual gross earnings: £37,500

Loyalty bonus: £1,000 paid at 6 months and again at 12 months

• All tips are kept by the driver
• Weekly charging costs (approx. £80) are partially offset via bonuses (approx. £50 per week) (T&C’s Apply)
• No vehicle rental results in estimated savings of £15,000+ per year compared to traditional rental models
• Total package value may reach £50,000–£53,000 per year, depending on hours and performance

Working Hours

• Shifts aligned with peak demand periods (early mornings and evenings)
• Weekend work generally required
