• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student safety.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching certification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive rapport with children.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
