Now hiring Senior PHP Developers for one of the UKs top WordPress agencies. They are WordPress VIP partners, WP Engine accredited, multi-award winning and on their way to becoming B Corp certified.

They offer flexibility, autonomy and the chance to get involved in complex WordPress projects, whether that’s a bespoke Laravel platform with a headless React frontend, building an eCommerce store, a donation gateway, a payment gateway plug-in or a live events feed – the list goes on.

We are looking for a senior level WordPress Developer with strong API and plug-in experience. They do a lot of bespoke work in this area and are looking for someone who has experience with:

• API integrations – Salesforce, HubSpot, other CRMs, catalogues etc.
• Custom API development – REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, authentication etc.
• Designing and building plug-ins using hooks and filters, single sign-on, OpenAthens etc.
• Headless / SPA frontend experience – React, Node, NextJS etc.
• Technology standards – OOP, PSR, WordPress VIP, reusability etc.
• Node / SASS / Gulp / Webpack / ACF
• WooCommerce / eCommerce
• Gutenberg blocks – ideally without the use of ACF – desired
• Lambda, AWS, Elastic Search, OAuth, Laravel – desired

We’re looking for someone from an agency background who has experience leading and mentoring on projects with multiple developers. The ‘senior’ aspect of this role will involve:

• Solution design
• Estimating and scoping projects
• Deciding on the tools to be used
• Taking and leading projects from sign off to delivery
