12 month contract to perm

Supporting the Head of Business Development this role is Senior EA, you will be working for a global provider of insurance and reinsurance so insurance experience is essential.

You VP supports the UK and overseas, they are building out the business so you need to be able to build relationships both in the UK and internationally between brokers and underwriters.

This role will incorporate events when the situation allows so events/conference experience is essential especially within insurance. You will have autonomy to run with an event or idea so being ideas driven is a must!

This is a great role for someone who is a self-starter and driven in their role, you will be a good gatekeeper, able to develop and manage relationships, keep on top of information and be an all-rounder for you VP.

Responsibilities include:

Provide full professional secretarial and administrative support, including extensive diary management, organising meetings, conference calls and video conferences

Management of inbox and email traffic

Preparation of presentations and reports

Organising any client hospitality hosted by the EVP, Strategic Distribution & Development and the team

Arranging travel itineraries including visas and booking of travel and accommodation

Processing of expenses

Any ad hoc personal duties

Working across various time zones

Regular team minutes
