JOB TITLE: IPAF Operator / Labourer
LOCATION: Trowbridge, Wiltshire
PAY RATE: £19.00 per hour
JOB TYPE: Temporary
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced IPAF Operator / Labourer to provide 1 day of cover on a construction site in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. This role will involve a mix of operating powered access equipment and carrying out general labouring duties, making it ideal for someone flexible and proactive on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating powered access equipment (MEWPs) safely and efficiently
- Assisting with tasks at height as required
- Carrying out general labouring duties when not operating machinery
- Supporting tradespeople with day-to-day site tasks
- Moving materials and maintaining site cleanliness
- Carrying out pre-use checks on equipment
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Valid IPAF ticket (essential)
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Manual Handling certificate (essential)
- Working at Height certificate (essential)
- Previous experience operating IPAF equipment and general labouring
- Full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots)
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
