Duties:
- Installation and Commissioning:
- Install and configure equipment at client sites.
- Ensure systems are fully operational before handover.
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures promptly.
- Customer Support:
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients.
- Train clients on equipment use and maintenance.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.
- Prepare reports on equipment status and service history.
- Collaboration:
- Work with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability.
- Provide feedback on product issues and potential enhancements.
Candidate Criteria:
Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- [2-5 years] of experience in a service or technical support role.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
