About the role
Business Change Consultant – eDV Cleared
Location: London (site presence required)
Clearance: Active eDV essential
Contract type: Permanent or Contract considered
We’re recruiting a Business Change Consultant for a high-profile programme within the UK national security sector, based in London. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver change across complex, high-security environments.
The role
- Lead business change activity across transformation programmes
- Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communications
- Assess organisational readiness and manage resistance to change
- Work closely with programme and delivery teams to embed new ways of working
- Support benefits realisation and track adoption post-go-live
What you’ll need
- Active eDV clearance (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in business change or transformation roles, ideally within defence, security, or government
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at senior level
- Experience with change frameworks (Prosci, APMG, or similar)
- Confident communicator, able to translate complexity into clear action
