Location:Maidstone
Pay: Paid to Scale (MPS 1 – UPS 3)
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier if preferred)
Contract: Temp to Perm (Permanent for the right candidate)
Specialism: Key Stage 3–4 (A-Level teaching optional)

You’ll teach GCSE English to a diverse group of students, with the option to take on A-Level classes if desired. You’ll be supported by a collaborative department and leadership team that values creativity, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
We’re Looking For:
A qualified English teacher (QTS, QTLS, or ECT/NQT)
Experience teaching Key Stages 3–4
A resilient, reflective educator who values inclusion and diversity
High expectations for all students and a passion for achievement
Strong classroom management and an engaging teaching style
A team player who brings creativity, organisation, and initiative
