Multi-Site Cleaner

Atlas FM are looking to recruit a multi-site cleaner who has a strong contract cleaning background– the role is based around the Bridgwater area

What we are paying:  £15.34 

We are looking for a multi-site cleaner to join the team. 

Requirements of the role:
• You will be required to work independently or in a small team and be flexible around working patterns and hours.  
• Will be required to cover cleaning operatives for sickness and annual leave. This may result in last minute shift changes. 
• Be able to work between 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 
• You will be required to work across 2 campuses Sedgemoor and Hinkley campus.
• Have excellent attention to detail needed to achieve Audit standards.
• Be able to start immediately.
• To complete a Basic DBS check
• To work additional hours where necessary
• You will be multi rolled. This will Include being trained to clean public areas and guest bedrooms when required as well as the linen porter duties.
• Identify training in development needs that will assist you in achieving your work and personal goals.
• Handover any necessary Information to the necessary departments and associates.
• Work together with your team/colleagues to achieve team goals and increase the productivity of the department.

Duties of the role:
• Be able to clean a guest bedroom to the required standard.
• Preparing all dirty laundry to be sent back to the laundry company on delivery days when assisting the linen porters.
• Cleaning communal areas.
• Assist in cleaning of accommodation blocks. 
• Replenishing provisions where necessary
• Help with deep cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms where needed. 

 This position will require you to work a combination of early mornings and late evenings, and nights therefore the successful candidate must be very flexible depending on the needs of the business.

What you’ll be doing: 

• As part of the Atlas Family, you’ll dedicate your time on different sites to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ client sites. 
• You’ll be inducted at the start of your contract and Atlas will train you within your first week of work. You’ll learn how to deliver the cleaning specification, and use the equipment. We will keep it simple and give you all you need to succeed.   
• Handling site-based equipment and cleaning materials (don’t worry you will get full training). 
• Replenishing consumables such as, paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.    
• Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers. 
• Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all time.  
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Atlas will make sure you’re fully prepared so that you can begin with a full understanding of what to look out for.
