We're looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our experienced Bid team. As a Bid Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping Coffey secure major infrastructure projects by producing high-quality pre-qualification and tender submissions that showcase our expertise and capability.
What you'll do
- Manage assigned pre-qualification and tender submissions from planning through to submission.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical content with design engineers, estimators and subject matter experts.
- Build positive relationships with clients throughout the tender process.
- Review, compile and submit high-quality bid documentation to tight deadlines.
- Maintain bid documentation, templates and information libraries.
- Identify opportunities to improve bid quality, processes and consistency.
- Support the wider Bid team and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
