About the role
We’re working with a fast-growing, high-energy subscription-based rewards and entertainment business to find an exceptional EA to support their CEO/Founder and SLT. This EA role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, enjoys being at the heart of the action, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. The team is young, ambitious, and full of energy, with a strong “all hands-on deck” culture. As the EA, you’ll act as a true right hand to the CEO/Founder while also supporting the wider SLT. This EA role requires someone proactive, highly organised, and adaptable - equally comfortable managing complex schedules and jumping into ad hoc projects.
Key EA responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management for the CEO/Founder
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and key business logistics
- Supporting SLT with scheduling, comms, and project coordination
- Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact internally and externally
- Getting involved in wider business projects and operations when needed
- Helping to keep the fast-paced office running smoothly
About You
- Proven experience as an EA, PA, or similar role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focussed
- Comfortable in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Strong communicator with a confident, approachable style
- A true team player with a “muck in” attitude
- Positive, energetic, and resilient
