JDS Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming SEN school in West Drayton (UB7), who are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

The Role

Working closely with teachers and the wider school team, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience working with children or young people in a school or educational setting.
• Is patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting students with a range of additional needs.
• Can build positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues and families.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Holds a full, clean UK driving licence and is willing to drive the school’s vehicles when required.
• Is available to attend an interview as soon as possible, including during the summer holidays if required, and start in September 2026.
