Warehouse Operator

Location: Shepton Mallet
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Hours: Full-Time

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Shepton Mallet.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid Reach Truck licence to join a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach Truck FLT equipment safely and efficiently


• Loading and unloading deliveries


• Picking and packing customer orders


• Moving stock throughout the warehouse


• Carrying out stock checks and inventory control


• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely


• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment


• Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck Licence (essential)


• Previous warehouse experience


• Good attention to detail


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team


• Strong understanding of health and safety practices


• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
