- Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and clinical records
- Monitoring medication practices and ensuring safe clinical procedures

- Supporting Nurses with complex clinical decisions and resident needs
- Coaching, mentoring and developing members of the clinical team
- Liaising with GPs, external healthcare professionals and residents' families
- Maintaining high standards around safeguarding, dignity and resident wellbeing
- Working alongside the Home Manager to support compliance and regulatory requirements
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- Current registration as an RGN or RMN
- An active UK NMC PIN
- Experience working within a nursing home, care home or comparable setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and the confidence to support and lead a nursing team
- A good understanding of care planning, safeguarding and clinical governance

- Some occasional weekend working
Salary & Benefits
- £55,000 per annum

- Excellent balance between clinical and leadership responsibilities
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Support from an experienced management team
- Opportunity to directly influence clinical standards within the home
