A well-established and highly regarded Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Lewisham is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary SEN Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time, permanent role working with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The school is known for its inclusive approach, supportive leadership, and strong emphasis on individual pupil development. You’ll be delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to small groups of children with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Your ability to adapt your teaching style to suit individual learning profiles will be crucial in supporting pupils to reach their full potential.

As part of your day-to-day role, you’ll be expected to work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, ensuring consistent, well-rounded support for every child. The school values collaboration and communication, and staff are encouraged to share ideas and strategies across departments. Creating a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment will be central to your success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners. If you’re looking to join a well-established SEN school that genuinely values its staff and provides room for professional growth, we’d love to hear from you.
