Job Description
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of a busy fuel station and convenience store in Brighton & Hove. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who can lead by example and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations
- Supervising staff and allocating duties during shifts
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are delivered
- Handling cashing up, till checks, and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety, and age-restricted sales laws
- Opening and closing the store as required

- Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role (fuel station experiences desirable)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
