Recruitment Pursuits Commercial are delighted to be supporting an expanding, award winning Midlands based supplier of PPE/Workwear and health and safety equipment I their search for a Business Development Manager to cover Ireland.
This is a home based role and you will be responsible for managing and neutering 180 existing customers within the patch, ensuring that any additional opportunities are identified and maximised within this existing group of customers whilst proactively engaging with new business prospects.
The role is split 70% Accounts Management 30% New business, therefore we are looking for someone who has fantastic customer engagement and nurturing skills along with a keenness to develop new business.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has experience either within the Workwear/PPE/Health and Safety industry or experience with a transferable industry such as Power tools, bearings, or transmissions.
You will need to meet the following criteria to be considered for this fantastic new role:
- Minimum three years external sales experience.
- Proven track record of hitting sales & profit targets.
- Account management and new business experience.
- Experience of PPE / Workwear or transferable industry
- Great presenting skills.
- Experience of using a CRM system would be an advantage.
